SMS Terms & Conditions

Last updated: January 29, 2026

1. Program Description

NukeNewsAlert provides SMS text message alerts about significant global events, including but not limited to geopolitical developments, natural disasters, and other news events that our AI system classifies as potentially important based on your configured alert threshold.

This service is operated by SolveFor, LLC, a California limited liability company.

2. Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number on the NukeNewsAlert settings page and clicking "Save," you expressly consent to receive automated SMS text messages from NukeNewsAlert at the phone number you provided.

What You're Agreeing To:

  • Receive SMS alerts about significant global news events
  • Message frequency varies based on world events (typically 0-10 messages per month)
  • Messages are sent from our toll-free number: +1 (844) 725-2843
  • Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use NukeNewsAlert with email alerts only, without providing a phone number or consenting to SMS messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on world events and your configured alert threshold:

  • Higher threshold (8-10): Fewer messages, only critical/extreme events (typically 0-3 per month)
  • Medium threshold (5-7): Moderate messages for significant events (typically 3-10 per month)
  • Lower threshold (1-4): More frequent messages (could be 10+ per month during active news periods)

You can adjust your threshold at any time in your account settings.

4. How to Opt-Out (Stop Messages)

To stop receiving SMS messages at any time:

  • Reply STOP to any message you receive from us, OR
  • Text STOP to +1 (844) 725-2843, OR
  • Go to your account settings and remove your phone number

After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from NukeNewsAlert. You will still receive email alerts if enabled.

To restart SMS messages: Text START to +1 (844) 725-2843, or add your phone number again in your account settings.
