- SMS quota usage - Count of SMS alerts sent in current billing period
- Alert history - Record of alerts sent to your account
- Account tier and subscription status
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Full payment card details (handled entirely by Stripe)
- Location data or GPS coordinates
- Device fingerprints or advertising identifiers
- Browsing history or behavioral tracking data
- Third-party analytics or tracking cookies

5. SMS / Mobile Messaging
If you opt in to receive SMS text message alerts from NukeNewsAlert, the following applies:
Data We Collect for SMS
- Phone number — Used solely to deliver SMS alert messages
- Opt-in consent — A record that you agreed to receive SMS messages
- SMS delivery status — Whether messages were delivered, failed, or undelivered
- SMS usage count — Number of messages sent in the current billing period
How to Opt Out of SMS
- Reply STOP to any message you receive from us

- Remove your phone number from your account settings
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained until you delete your account
- Alert history: Retained indefinitely for your reference
- Event deduplication data: Automatically purged after 7 days
- SMS quota usage: Resets at the beginning of each billing period

We use only essential cookies required for the Service to function:
- Supabase authentication cookies: Required to keep you logged in
We do NOT use any tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
